Thalor

Thalor Divine Reign

During the Divine Reign, Thalor stood as a peaceful coastal city, a common stop for travelers crossing the seas from the Soless, Region. It was a place of safety and rest, known for its harbors and welcoming shores. At its heart stood the Temple of the Tide, a Sacred Site, where many came to offer prayers to Kaerius, God of the Sea & Weather for safe passage across the waters.

After the Divine Ascent

Following the Divine Ascent, Thalor, along with much of the northern coastline of Histerria, broke away into a scattered chain of islands. The transition was harsh, reshaping both land and life. Those who remained struggled to adapt to their new isolation, but endured, rebuilding what they could and learning to survive in a world no longer held in balance by the gods.

The Ruler of Thalor

Thalor is ruled by Baron Edric Hale, a broad-shouldered man with wind-worn features and graying hair, who carried himself with the steady confidence of the sailor he once was. At his side stood Brenn Holt, Captain of the Harbor Watch, a thick-set man with a permanent scowl and hands hardened by years at sea, serving as both commander of the harbor watch and the island’s chief lawman.

Overseeing all matters arcane is Arc Loran Vale, Court Mage, a young and gleeful wizard whose curiosity often pushed the boundaries of caution. Guiding the spiritual life of the city was Mara Solen, High Priest of the Tide, a calm and steady presence who led the Temple and tended to the divine needs of the people.
